Two of our teina were Take the Cake recipients this week at assembly. Kobe and Navarah were nominated by Lily, who is new to our school, for helping her settle into our classroom. Tino pai Kobe and Navarah!

Ngā Manawa
I tenei ahiahi, I haere mātou ki te whare pukapuka hou, arā Ngā Manawa. Tino pai rawa atu tenei wāhi!
Our trip to our new library space today was awesome! It's called Ngā Manawa, which means the heart because it is at the heart of our school and it is going to be a great place to learn!

Ngā Korero Okawa
Nau mai, haere mai ki te wahanga tuatoru.
We have lots of exciting mahi to do this wahanga, Speeches, the Taumāhekeheke o te Ao (Olympics games) and the local Kapa haka festival.
At the moment we are busy preparing our Korero Okawa, our speeches. Our ideas for our speeches include Dunedin, Kung-fu, Fiji, NBA and Pokémon Go.
