Kotahitanga

A lesson in Kotahitanga...working together.

We had to work together to get from one end of the basketball court to the other using newspaper to stand on. We worked in teams, the fastest team completed the task in about 4 and a half minutes, the slowest team in about 8 mins (their newspaper was almost in pristine condition though).

We tried it again and got the whole class across in less than 4 and half minutes. 18 extra people moved because we used kotahitanga and worked together.

    I really like how you use Kotahitanga to get to the other side of the court . may be we can play this game in our school.
